Training and Telephone Advice to public sector staff

For many years BLS has been providing training and telephone consultancy to staff and volunteers of local advice agencies and from 2012 this expertise will be redirected and be provided to Barnet Council staff (such as social workers) to enable them to keep on top of changes to the law in areas such as Welfare Benefits, discrimination in Employment and other relevant areas.
